Returns & Exchanges

At Otaku, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your inbox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
